Let's say you have a client call with a problem connecting to a printer.

This gives you a real-time look at the OS Count, as well as how many servers they have, how many are online, and how many are offline.

Also, as you can see in the animated image at the top of the article, each asset allows you to click on them to drill down even deeper to get specifics on any asset. 

It's a really handy tool which can be pulled up in just seconds, even while you have your client on the phone. 

While you can -- seemingly magically -- rattle off to them exactly what they have, giving them a sense of comfort, peace of mind, and revered awe.
