But, with that being said, we understand that many prefer to handle everything online. That's fine, you'll get no judgment from us!
That's why we've created the Billing page.
Let's walk you to it:
1. Log in to ITBOOST. (Need help? Click here!)
2. The top of your ITBOOST screen should look similar to this:
3. See that gear-shaped Toolkit icon next to your Avatar? Click that!
4. A dropdown menu will appear.
Now, just click Manage Subscription.
And here we are:
While you're here, you have lots of information and choices, such as:
On this page, you can find all your financial and license info, such as:
- Your Status (whether you're active or inactive)
- The number of both your Licenses Included and those Currently in Use
- The date your account was activated
- Your Billing Cycle Date
- When your Next Bill is due
If you'd like to use an alternate method of payment, you can also update your Payment Method. Also, if you need to change your Billing Information or view your Invoices History, you'll find them all here.
An Active account means it is using a purchased license. So, if you purchase 20 licenses, that means you can have up to 20 active users at a time. If you are utilizing them all and need to add another active user, you'll either have to add an additional ITBOOST license, or shift one of your active users to Inactive status to free up a license.
FUN FACT: You can have an many Inactive users as you like -- for free!
Lastly, if you need to Modify the Plan you're currently under, just click the Modify Plan button.
