Things change.

That's the way life goes, isn't it? If every day were the same, life would get boring pretty quickly, wouldn't it?

We're actually not just waxing philosophical, here. This does lead up to something you could actually use. (Although, admittedly, we are rather enjoying the deep thoughts at the moment . . . )

Anywho, as things change, and you add more people to your team, you'll likely need to add more licenses so you can add more active users.

Fortunately, ITBOOST makes it easy. You can take care of this rather quickly on the Billing page.

Walk with us. We're headed there now:

1.  Log in to ITBOOST.  (Need help? Click here!)

2. The top of your ITBOOST screen should look similar to this:

3. See that gear-shaped Toolkit icon next to your Avatar? Click that!

4. A dropdown menu will appear.

Now, just click Manage Subscription.

And here we are:

To add a license, click on the Manage Licenses link.

That will take you here:

Here's a quick overview of what we're seeing:

Current Licenses

This shows us the current number of licenses included in your subscription.

Add/Remove License

Here's where you can increase or reduce the amount of licenses in your current plan. Just click on the + or - buttons to add or remove licenses from your ITBOOST subscription plan.

Whooooaaa, hold on a second. You should know that you can only remove OPEN licenses, meaning ones which are not currently assigned to someone.

For example: if you have 15 licenses and 15 ACTIVE users, you won't be able to remove any licenses at the moment since they're all currently being used. In order to remove licenses, you'll first have to switch as many Active users to Inactive users as you want to reduces the licenses by, and then you can remove the licenses.

By the way, if you have a coupon applied, the discount will appear here.

FUN FACT: We'll pro-rate you for any new license(s) you add. So if you add a license on the 20th of the month, and your billing date falls on the 1st of each month, you'll only be charged for the new license(s) on your next bill from the 20th to the last day of the month.

After you have everything sorted out and as many (or as few) licenses as you wish, just click the Save button to save and apply the changes, and your card on file will be charged.

See? Change can be very good! All in all, the passage of time brings forth the harvest of wisdom, the growth of experience, and the winds of change.

. . . sorry, that was weird.
