Improvements

  • On custom template list view, icon for Inactive Custom Templates has been added in the status column.
  • The character limit in the zip code field has been increased to 12 characters and Spaces have been allowed. 
  • When adding a primary field in custom template, it used to show check mark on it for identification of the field as primary. This has been improved to show "P" on the primary field. 
  • When hovering on title of a Knowledge-base article in list view, it does not show full name of the article. This has been added.

Bug Fixes

  • In some cases, when a custom template is created with contact, location or Configuration Field as Primary and linked the template with any other document record on company dashboard, it was showing Error "Object Object". This has been fixed now. 
  • When editing and Saving knowledge-base article, it was showing error "KB Already Exist". This has been fixed now.
  • When creating a new knowledge-base article into a company by clicking count on completion report in the organization settings, an extra setting icon at the top left was wrongly displayed. Moreover, the document was showing blank when saved. This has been fixed. 
  • Tooltip was not showing on Bulk Delete Icon in some of the documents i.e Location, Contacts and Custom Templates. This has been fixed.
  • On login page, when typing username and password into the fields, the input text was overlapping on the title of the fields. This has been fixed now. 
  • In few cases, when editing a password record on company dashboard, it was not saving the record and also remove data from type field. This has been fixed. 
  • When we open a linked item on green sidebar with a document i.e. a contact record into new window, instead of opening the linked item, it was moving back to list view of the contacts. This has been fixed. 
  • The Check Boxes were not working as intended in custom templates. This has been fixed. 
  • In few cases, when clicked on "Other Section" of Asset Statistic Widget on company dashboard, it was not opening the list. This has been fixed now.
  • Company knowledge-base list was not loading, when company was accessed from Sidebar Pull. This has been fixed now.
  • In some cases, when a linked item "location Record" on green sidebar of Domain Tracker was opened and then clicking Locations on left side menu, it was not opening location list view. This has been fixed. 
  • When deleting a configuration record from the edit mode of the record, the list of configurations got disturbed. This has been fixed. 
  • In some cases, when a linked item "Knowledge Base Article" on green sidebar of any document was opened and then clicking Knowledge Base on left side menu, it was not opening the Knowledge Base list view. This has been fixed.
  • In the Custom Template Record, Email Field validation was not working. This has been fixed. 
  • Widgets on the Global Dashboard were distorting on high resolution screens. This has been fixed now. 
  • In few cases, the company record was showing in Global Search Results while user had purged the data. This has been fixed now.
  • In the custom template designer, when adding multiple options into the Drop Down Field, the field setting popup was going out of screen. This has been fixed. 
  • In the Password view list on company dashboard, there was a seemingly hidden column between Username and Activity. This has been fixed now. 
  • In the domain tracker, when sorting the domain list by Expiry Date, it was sorting the date by numeric value not date. This has been fixed now.
  • Formatting of site name and address was not graphically correct on company dashboard, when it is viewed on high resolution screens. This has been fixed now. 
  • User was unable to delete number into phone field, when typing the wrong number and trying to remove it. This has been fixed now. 
  • UUID was not appearing on view mode of password record, in case, the record is opened into new window from a linked item on green sidebar, therefore, on refreshing the record, it was appearing blank. This has been fixed. 
  • Fixes, On Feedback Dashboard, when opening "Customer Response List" it was showing count on title of the list. This has been fixed. 
  • Global Knowledge Base Article was not displaying into the global Knowledge Bases list, when deleted and tried to restore it again. This has been fixed now.
  • In few cases, when created & saved a new knowledge base article into a company knowledge-base, the article was saved without title. Moreover, when saving a knowledge base article with same title, it was not giving error. These has been fixed now. 
  • When formatting a knowledge base article with large font size and line height, then the text started collapsing. This has been fixed now. 
  • When edited the existing custom template with Drop Down or Check Box Field which had no value into the option, it was not allowing to save the template. This has been fixed. 
  • In the custom template record, phone field was not limited to type only numbers, hence, user was able to type characters into it. This has been fixed.
  • In the customer template designer on creating a new template with two column layout and saving the template, a message of "Duplicate Radio Value Found" was showing on popup, while there was no value in the radio option. This has been fixed. 
  • In few cases, when searching document from Global Search, the search results were not showing correct documents in other companies. This has been fixed now.
  • When signing up on browser Internet Explorer, it was showing blank page. This has been fixed now. 
  • In the custom template designer, when creating a Drop Down Field, it was limited to add up-to 10 options into the drop down list. This has been fixed now.
  • In custom template record with domain field, when selecting the domain into the field and saved the record, double value of selected domain was showing in the view mode of the record. This has been fixed now. 
  • In custom template record with web field, when typing the web address into the field and saved the record, it was not working as hyperlink in view mode of the record. This has been fixed now. "
  • In some cases, the Global Search was not retrieving some of the configuration records in the search results, while the records were available into configuration list on company dashboard. This has been resolved now.
  • In some cases, when adding configuration record manually from company dashboard, it was not saving the record due to broken fields. This has been fixed now. 
  • In few cases, when searching a password record from Global Search and clicking on desired record which was showing into the search result, it didn't open the record and directs to a blank page. This has been fixed. 
  • In some cases, when merging the duplicate companies, the contact and configuration records into those companies were not merging and showing as duplicate. This has now been fixed.
  • In the edit mode of Password Record, the "Notes Field" was not resizing. This has been fixed.
  • When editing Knowledge Base Hierarchy, the drop down field allowed typing into the field, while it should have shown drop down list. This has been fixed.
  • When editing Parent Folder Name in Knowledge Base Folder Hierarchy and saving the changes, it didn't show save message and close Popup automatically. This has been fixed.
  • In custom template designer, when changing the Primary Field of existing custom template and view the custom template records, it was showing that data had removed, while, it should have shown blank text there. This has been fixed now.
  • When copying a knowledge base article from global knowledge base to all company knowledge bases, it showed multiple notification popups when copied. This has been fixed now.
  • In some cases, the order of widgets on global dashboard was disturbed when filters were applied on the widgets. This has been fixed. 
  • On global dashboard, when filter was applied by board on new ticket widget and refreshed it, the ticket count was not matching. This has been fixed. 
  • In some cases, when substantial amount of text is entered in a run-book with an enlarged font, the text appeared to cram. This has now been fixed.
