Purge all Sub-domain Data from ITBOOST

Following are the steps to remove all of your sub-domain data:

  • Login to ITBOOST with a user having Admin role
  • Click on Gear icon (which is appearing at top right) to open “Admin Settings”
  • Select “Advanced Settings” option
  • Click on “Purge Data” tab
  • Click on “Delete All” check box and press Save button

Remove ITBOOST link from CW Manage

Following are the steps to remove ITBOOST link from CW Manage:

  • Login to CW Manage account
  • Click on “System” option (i.e. Gear icon appearing at bottom left corner)
  • Click on “Setup Tables” option.
  • Search “Custom Menu Entry” under “Table” column
  • Hit ITBOOST and delete it from there

Remove ITBOOST Pods configurations from CW Manage

Following are the steps to remove ITBOOST specific Pods configurations from CW Manage:

  • Login to CW Manage account
  • Click on “System” option (i.e. Gear icon appearing at bottom left corner)
  • Click on “Setup Tables” option
  • Search “Manage Hosted API” under “Table” column
  • Open all the entries (starting with ITBOOST prefix) one by one and hit Delete button
