When user dragged & dropped KB document from one to another folder and then logout and login back, the respective KB document moved to uncategorized folder. This issue has been fixed now.
When partner moved the KB document into different folder from edit mode by clicking at tree view icon and saved it, then the document was moved successfully but after sometime the respective KB document unexpectedly moved to uncategorized folder. This issue has been fixed now.
Some of the KB documents were not showing in the KB tree view while those document were available in the list view. This issue has been fixed now.
When adding a domain in the format like “example.co.uk”, it was trimming down the actual domain name and was saving it as “co.uk” in the domain tracker. This issue has been fixed now.
