“Let’s start at the very beginning – a very good place to start.”

Let’s face it: you can’t really do much with ITBOOST until you’re logged in, right? So, let’s get that out of the way.

Your ITBOOST URL

First and foremost, you can’t log in if you aren’t in the right place. Let’s make sure you are.

When you signed up, ITBOOST created a special ITBOOST URL just for your company! You should have it in the welcome email you received from us.

You did! Perfect! Move down to the Logging In section below!

Wait, you didn’t? Hmm. Well, you should have.

Anyway, that’s neither here nor there. We need to get you logged in! No worries, we can probably manually get you there.

Your specific ITBOOST URL will likely be the name you entered for your company name (all one word), then a dot (.), then itboost.com.

Hopefully that worked! If not, drop us a line. If so, awesome! Now, let’s get you logged in.

Logging In

Now that you’re to your special URL, it’s time to log in!

1. Type in that email address you used to create your ITBOOST account.

2. Next, enter the password you created.

3. If you need to authenticate your login through LDAP, click the check box. If not, just ignore it.

4. Click LOGIN that to sign in!

UH-OH! Didn’t work? Not to worry. You probably just mistyped something. Try again. If you still have issues, let us know

Ta-da! You’re in!

Now, when you need to sign out, just follow these instructions:

Signing Out

The top of your ITBOOST screen should look similar to this:

  1. To log out, find your Avatar icon in the upper-right hand corner and click it.

2. A drop-down menu will appear.

3. At the bottom of the drop-down menu, click Logout.

And you’re done!

Logging In and Out with SSO

If you’d like to sign in using SSO, it’s not difficult. All you need to do is first ensure your SSO account is signed in and active, then just go to your ITBOOST-specific URL.

FUN FACT: ITBOOST and SSO are not connected with one another, so when you want to log out of either (or both), you’ll need to manually do so with each.

Managing Multiple Accounts

Okay, let’s say you have one ITBOOST user account, but you have more than one ITBOOST company accounts.

For security purposes, you’ll need to log in and out to each one at their individual ITBOOST-specific URLs. As of right now, it’s not possible to log in, then switch between company accounts.

That should be everything!
